Almost good chair

Receivend my chair in good condition. The chair is quite comfortable and easy to clean with the exception of the lumbar support. For some reason they sent it to me installed backwards (left support on the right and vise versa). This caused my back to hurt after a day of work. Tried changing it myself but failed since it's quite a tight fit. Called to see if I could be sent a replacement but couldn't get a hold of anyone.
